I WANT TO SELL MY CAR QUICKLY, ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COSTS?

I HAVE LOST MY V5 (LOGBOOK) – I NEED TO SELL MY USED CAR QUICKLY, WILL YOU BUY IT?
We must have the V5 (logbook) to be able to buy your car. If you have lost it, but the car is registered in your name, DVLA have an express service available, or you can complete and return a V62 form - obtainable from the post office or online from www.direct.gov.uk
I NEED TO SELL MY CAR TODAY, HOW DO I GET A QUOTE FOR MY CAR?
Simply call us, tell us about your car, we will then research your actual car and call you back with an offer to buy it We require details such as make, model, year, mileage & condition. Tell us you want to sell your used car fast and we will build our service to fit your time-scale. We always have funds available and can usually complete a sale on the day you accept your quote, and we pay for your car when we collect it, so no waiting for payment.

DO YOU BUY IMPORTED CARS?
Yes, we buy imports -
There are two types of import; "parallel" imports are cars purchased within the EU, which may have minor differences to that of a UK car or grey imports - purchased outside the EU, these cars require a different approach to valuation. Please specify the type of import when you contact us (details are specified on the V5 Registration document).

I HAVE FINANCE OWING – I WANT TO SELL MY CAR NOW, CAN I SELL IT?
Yes you can sell your car but the outstanding amount must be settled.
You have two options;
- You can settle the outstanding balance directly with your finance company yourself - we will require written confirmation from them that they have received full, cleared payment when we collect your car
- We can settle the finance for you, we will simply deduct the outstanding amount from the valuation of your car and pay it on your behalf (data protection laws require that you obtain the settlement figure) We need written confirmation from your finance company of the balance due.
NB - If you owe more than the selling price of your car, you will need to pay the balance prior to us collecting it. We will need written confirmation of this from your finance company when we collect your car. Alternatively you can pay us the difference in the form of a Bankers draft made payable to the finance company.
